Dating from 1882, this stunning building is home to the High Court and Court of Appeal of England and Wales.

Members of the public can go inside and sit in the public gallery to hear court in session, apart from certain private matters. There is no charge to do this.

In addition, the RCJ runs very under-publicised tours of the building delving into its architecture, art and the history of the building. Tours run for about two hours and are priced at £12 per adult, £10 for concessions, and £5 per child (under 14). These tours run regularly, subject to there being enough interest. You must call 07789 751248 to check availability and book tours.
