A fascinating museum located underground in the heart of Westminster. The war rooms were used by the government and Winston Churchill during the WW II. There are living quarters, planning rooms and even the original map room, which has been left unchanged since the war ended in 1945. It is a fascinating slice of London’s history and the included audio guide is one of the best we have seen anywhere. A true must-visit in our opinion.

Get your tickets in directly at the Imperial War Museum Website here. We also recommend taking a look at the entirely free Imperial War Museum.
